There are three types of Gluten Sensitivities

1. Gluten Intolerance: is when you can not digest the gluten proteins down and can cause functional digestive symptoms such as gas, bloating, constipation and also other irritating symptoms such as headaches, joint pain, and anxiety. Symptoms go away if you eliminate the offending agent.

2. Gluten Allergy: is when your immune system has an over reaction to the specific gluten protein and can trigger allergic reactions such as rashes, hives, itching, and even serious reactions such as difficulty breathing and wheezing.

3. Celiac Disease: is an autoimmune condition where your immune system attacks the small intestine causing cellular damage and serious complications.
